What the archive form saves

Aidan Putter (Ivory Chapel / hurtclub) collects the email you submit, your required archive-entry permission and your separate optional-updates choice. These are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database, with the consent wording version, time and a request reference. Cloudflare processes requests and hosts the database and website; its infrastructure may process data outside your country.

Access and optional updates

Entry unlocks browsing immediately. It does not verify who you are or that you own an inbox. Updates are optional and unchecked by default. Declining updates does not affect access. The archive records your preference but sends no marketing messages; email verification and unsubscribe handling must be enabled before any campaign. Your email is not sold or shared with a marketing service by this website.

Licence agreements and downloads

When you choose to agree to the Loop Licence, we record your submitted archive email, the agreement wording and summary shown, the acceptance time, and the exact licence version and file checksum. We remember that agreement on this browser for the same licence version. Package transfer records identify the loop, the exact ZIP and included files, and when delivery starts. A transfer record does not prove that a download finished.

These records are kept separately from the 90-day entry cleanup to document agreements and file delivery. They do not verify ownership of the submitted email address. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests.

ASHCROFT purchases

When you continue to Lemon Squeezy checkout, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes the information needed for payment, receipts, fraud prevention and file access under its privacy policy. Ivory Chapel can access customer contact and order information to fulfil purchases, handle support and refunds, and maintain required transaction records. These records are separate from the archive's 90-day entry cleanup and are retained while needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. This website does not collect or store payment-card details, and a purchase does not subscribe you to marketing. Lemon Squeezy and its service providers may process data internationally. Contact [email protected] with the product and order reference for purchase support.

The browser access cookie

A necessary cookie remembers this browser for 90 days, renewed when you return to the archive. The server stores a hashed access token; page scripts cannot read the cookie. Resetting access revokes this browser's session. It does not delete your entry or withdraw an updates preference. The hosted cookie is sent only over HTTPS. We record the latest return visit separately from your consent choices. A different browser or cleared cookies requires entering your email again.

Storage and removal

Archive entries expire after 90 days without a new submission or return visit and are removed during the next archive-entry cleanup. Request records expire after 90 days. Expired sessions and abuse-protection counters are cleaned at the same time. Cloudflare may temporarily retain backups and infrastructure logs under its own policies.

To request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw an updates preference, email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm control of the address before changing its records. No email address is placed in the URL or browser local storage. The archive uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Enquiries by email

Custom-work links open your email app. Messages you choose to send, including your address and project details, are handled in our Zoho mailbox so we can respond. Please include only information needed for your enquiry. We retain correspondence while needed for the enquiry, project and related records; contact [email protected] about access or removal.

BeatStars

The Beats page loads the external BeatStars player only when you choose to load it. BeatStars then receives connection information and handles its own player, purchases, cookies and privacy practices. You can also visit the store directly.

Audio files

MP3 loops can be streamed after entry. Each download ZIP includes the MP3, beat-tag WAV and the exact Loop Licence you accepted. Downloads require agreement to the current licence. Files are held in private Cloudflare R2 storage; playback, licence viewing and downloads share session protection and rate limits. Private file storage is separate from email records.

Your privacy rights

You can request access or correction, object to processing, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful earlier processing. Some agreement and transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can raise a privacy complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator. Cloudflare's handling of infrastructure data is described in its privacy policy.
