Loop Archive

Loops are free to download, with commercial-use conditions. Before downloading, read the full Loop Licence available in the archive and choose whether to agree. The same licence is included with the MP3 and hurtclub beat tag in every ZIP.

The licence covers credit, a 50% share of gross beat-sale revenue, separate written clearance for artist placements or releases, and other conditions. This page is a guide to finding the licence; read the full document before using a loop.

ASHCROFT

The Drum Kit is USD 15, paid once, for 340 drum WAV files. The Full Bundle is USD 30, paid once, and includes the drum kit, 72 musical WAVs, 12 MIDI files, 25 Serum 2 presets, ten full MP3 samples and a beat-tag WAV. These are one-time purchases, with no subscription or recurring charge. Applicable tax and the final total appear at Lemon Squeezy checkout before payment.

The drum kit, other soundkit WAVs/MIDI and Serum presets are royalty-free. The presets were saved with Serum 2.1.5; use that version or later. Earlier versions are untested. Serum is not included. You need software that supports the included WAV, MP3 and MIDI formats, plus sufficient storage to download and extract the ZIP.

The ten full MP3 samples

Read the hurtclub Loop Licence together with !!agreement.txt in the samples folder. These conditions apply only to the ten MP3 samples in the paid bundle. They do not change the royalty-free terms of the other kit content or the terms of separate Loop Archive downloads.

Split gross beat-sale revenue 50/50 with hurtclub. For a sample made by hurtclub and one other credited producer, the split is equal thirds between you, hurtclub and that producer; this replaces the PDF's 50% share for that collaboration only. Contact hurtclub to agree splits before use when more collaborators are credited.

Credit hurtclub and any credited collaborators in the song or beat title, keep the PDF's other required credits, and obtain separate written clearance before artist placements or commercial releases. Do not use these samples in bulk beat sales on BeatStars, or resell or repackage them as samples or sound libraries, including modified versions. All other PDF conditions, including non-exclusivity and automated content claims, continue to apply.

Payment and delivery

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for ASHCROFT purchases and handles payment, your receipt and order access under its Buyer Terms. Review the product, checkout email, currency and final total before placing the order; you can correct your details or leave checkout before paying. The Full Bundle includes the Drum Kit, so you only need one offer.

The digital ZIP becomes available through Lemon Squeezy after payment is confirmed; there is no physical shipment. Download it from your order page, extract it and follow START HERE. Keep a copy of your receipt, files and included terms. Recover your order at Lemon Squeezy My Orders using the checkout email. If delivery is delayed or access fails, contact support before purchasing again.

Refunds and purchase support

For a missing, corrupt or incorrect download, an accidental duplicate purchase, or another refund request, email [email protected] with the product, order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We will help investigate file and access problems and route payment or refund requests through Lemon Squeezy; you can also contact Lemon Squeezy using the details in your receipt.

Refunds are reviewed case by case under Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, subject to applicable consumer law. A request does not guarantee a discretionary refund. Where delivery is prevented or unreasonably delayed by technical problems, those terms provide for replacement or a refund as determined by Lemon Squeezy. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content, or any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights. Beats

Beat selection, payment, delivery and licensing are handled through the official hurtclub BeatStars store. Review the licence and purchase terms displayed there before buying. Keep your receipt and order reference for purchase support.

Custom production and sound design

Enquiries are welcome by email. Project scope, usage rights, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project before work begins. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
